It's a "Swift" problem, not yours. But it does look like the company caved to the Somalis entirely too easy. May be it's because the Somalis are "tough" ~ they exude toughness ~ but in my experience they are absolutely honest in their dealings.

Others may have a different experience of course.

Could be Swift accommodated the Somalis because they do their work AND they are here legally.

This just highlights a problem illegal aliens have ~ no right to negotiate with management.

We have a large Somali population nearby us. I generally concur with your observation. I am also glad that Swift did what was right by the entire work force, not just a few. The few did not like the rules and they quit. Not a big deal. If you don't like your current situation, then look for something better. That is what makes a free market work.

Somalis - honest? Maybe with their fellow Muzzies——You haven’t been to their mnosques...and heard what they really believe about non muslims...
