It's not so much that she's physically ugly, as her expression and mannerisms.

If she had a sweet expression and a nice smile, instead of that horrible taut gash of a mouth and bitter eyes, she wouldn't be THAT bad looking.

Look, there’s no getting around this. She is an ugly, ugly woman. Her expressions, mannerism and thoughts make it all the more obvious.
