Look, there’s no getting around this. She is an ugly, ugly woman. Her expressions, mannerism and thoughts make it all the more obvious.
Her nose is not good - rather bulbous and too large for her face, but she has well defined cheekbones and a good chin. Strong jawline. Nice forehead. Her eyes are well set, it's her expression that's scrunching the brows up and making her eyes look too small. And the way she's holding her mouth is distorting it, if she relaxed the muscles it would not look overlarge.
If she got a better attitude, it would work wonders on her appearance.
