McCain’s admitted limited knowledge of economics is not serving him well.

I'm no McAmnesty fan, but he does need to come out and say something on this since the Dems are blaming the Repubicans for the fiasco. Something definitive and something that shows it wouldn't happen under his watch. I think he did that. Only thing left is for him to also tie it to the Dems.

That would be swell, except for cases where the "risks" involve losses greater than the ready assets of the financial institution involved.
