Jewish Democrats do not feel comfortable with Obama. Kerry got 80% of the Jewish vote. It appears Obama will be lucky to carry 40%.

PC aside..I just see it as geezers voting for other geezers (McCain). Then again, they were former Dumocrats who saw the light, so I can conclude they are intelligent enough to see their endorsement for JM isn’t exactly far-fetched.

This is obviously anecdotal, but that Siena poll giving McCain a huge lead over Obama among Jewish New Yorkers may not be so far-fetched. We need Lieberman and Eric Cantor to campaign in heavily Jewish areas in NY, NJ, FL and MI (heck, throw in CA just for the hell of it) to ensure Obama’s defeat.

Congrats to Republicans Abroad Israel, and their leader Kory Bardash, for pulling off a seeming miracle: organizing significant numbers of elderly Jewish voters - many of them addicted to the Dems for life - to flip to McCain. Yes, the 'Rats are really in trouble with the Jewish vote, which is why people like Cong. Robert Wexler ("Osama" Obama's Jewish guru) are going bonkers.
