Then that basically means that IA is in play or already shifted to McCain, not the locked up flip for Fauxbama that the public polls have been implying.
Either that or McCain is making a play for it, and daring Fauxbama to try to take it.
The McCain campaign is hitting on all fronts very well.
McCain’s had that offer out there since day one.. Fauxbama has refused, and will continue to do so.

I grew up in C.R.—right on Edgewood Road. Went to Jefferson. Left in 1989.
I would have loved to be at the event today.
I’ve only been here two years and we’re probably moving soon, but it’s a great town.

Yeah... she did. It was a big “oops” moment but I think the crowd understood. It was right at the start of her speech.
