WASHINGTON - Nebraska Republican Sen. Chuck Hagel said his party's vice presidential nominee, Sarah Palin, lacks foreign policy experience and called it a "stretch" to say she's qualified to be president.
"She doesn't have any foreign policy credentials," Hagel said in an interview published Thursday by the Omaha World-Herald. "You get a passport for the first time in your life last year? I mean, I don't know what you can say. You can't say anything."

"She doesn't have any foreign policy credentials," Hagel said in an interview published Thursday by the Omaha World-Herald. Neither does any senator who happens to have been a member of some Congressional committee, regardless the length of time served ... BY DESIGN.

Two things: where’s the money on Hagel and was he a potential McCain pick with an axe to grind.
Is he up to his eyes in liberal money support, e.g. fannie/freddie, trial lawyers, etc.?

I must have missed the portion of the AP article where retiring (good riddance, Chuckie!) Sen. Hagel and/or the author addressed Barack Hussein Obama’s qualifications to be President.

Did he actually remove his lips from Obama’s rear end long enough to say this or did someone have to listen over and over to the tape of his mumbling remarks to come up with the quotes.

(By Obama's own reckoning, isn't Lyndon LaRouche more qualified? He's run since the 70's)
To: Artemis Webb
Chuck Hagel? LOL, Didn’t he even support Obama in the primaries? He is nothing more than a country club hippie who only runs as a Republican because Nebraska would never vote for a “D”.

Sarah Palin is much, much better qualified than B. Hussein, John Sidney McCain, or Hillary. Hilarious Hillary refused to be on the same program with Sarah Pailin. Proves Hillary is not presidential. If being on the same program with Palin is this threatening, how will she deal with Republicans if elected? Go into hiding? Or with leaders of China and Russia?

Chuck's just p!ssed John didn't pick him.....envy and jealosy.
PS. John McCain take note:....."meet the NEW maverick of congress if you become President of the United States.

Not true. Party rules demand that they pass through Alaska on their way to Mecca to kiss the tomb of Lenin. I am sure those who have made the trip have informed others that a passport is not required.

"He wants to be Obamas Sec of Defense."
Perhaps, Hillary has handed over a few choice FBI files to Obama and Chuckie Boy has something to hide.
You don't come out with something like this without a hell of a lot of "external motivation".
He also might be on McCain's "Going To Make You Famous" list.

The real stretch is calling Chuck Hagel a “Republican.”
(About as much as David Gergen, maybe.)

Wonder how many times Chuckie had traveled overseas prior to being elected.....
I'm sick to death of how these Washington elites (of both parties) look down upon anyone who didn't go to "the right schools" or hang with the right people or come from a major city. Our Founding Fathers would be so distraught to see how rare it is for the common man to serve in public office and then return to their humble homes in America. Instead, all we get is limp-wristed snobs who hate the people they claim to serve.
