Freeper Call To Battle! (Vanity)

1. Okay, we all know that John McCain is not the rabid conservative that many of us would dream of (neither was Bush as it turned out). But darn if he isn't growing on me big time with his "straight talk" style, and I actually do believe that he would shake up things in Washington with Governor Palin on the team too. It would be great just to see Washington have to deal with the two of them.

2. Given the overall dynamics this election cycle and the energy of hate on the Democratic side, it would be naive to think that this isn't going to be a bruising battle. So look at polls if you want for interest, but realize that this thing is likely to be close no matter what come Election Day. And don't get too discouraged by the bumps in the road that are sure to come, both real and of course created by the MSM.

3. If you can afford to give some money to combat Obama and his socialist cohorts then give some now and more in several weeks.

4. Get some McCain-Palin bumper stickers and yard signs to make it clear that there are plenty of people who don't want to see Obama elected.

5. Work on any "undecideds" among your family and friends, including inviting them to watch all or some of the debates with you so that they won't just have the MSM take on them.

Finally, steel yourselves friends, because IMO nothing but the very future of the Republic may be at stake here in this election with a man who has so many open questions and makes the Clintons look conservative from what we do know about him.

As a 20 something naval aviator, McCain was exposed to all kinds of geo-political issues in the areas he was assigned. Young fighter jocks are educated in current events and may be called upon by the sitting President to move a carrier into harm's way to defend the country. If captured, they are taught a code of ethics and expected behavior. McCain had a grandfather and father who were steeped in service to the country and were role models.

Barry was a troubled young man struggling for an identity and mixed feelings about his father and ethnicaly different mother and grandparents. He was indoctrinated in the principles of Saul Alinsky and became a community organizer to stir up class warfare and to manage corrupt construction contracts and later on, the techniques of skimming profits as a slum lord. His spiritual advisor preached anti-American sentiments and race/class warfare in addition to redistribution of wealth.

Friday night I watched a copy of ABC/Disney's 'Path to 9/11' (found it on the internet in Bit Torrent format). I now know why the Democrats and the Clintons have banned it. With the clear resolve of Sen John McCain for our security and "No Blink" Gov Sarah Palin on the team contrasted against the wimpy approach Barry has taken to those who hate us - sitting down with our enemies - and Joe Biden's ever-errant mouth and defective mind, it would be a landslide victory for the Republicans upon viewing this movie.

I felt physically ill after watching it, thinking about the possibility of a Democrat win in November.

Not only remembering the heroism, but irresponsible and criminal acts of those like Jamie Gorelick and Sandy Burglar and the stupidity of Madeline Albright makes me proud, sad, mad, and nauseated all at once.

There is NOTHING....NOTHING presidential about Barry. I could not contemplate Barry making decisions (with Joe) if we were attacked again under their watch. I am quite scared of who Barry would have as his cabinet members (like Ziggy), and terrified of who is in his 'kitchen cabinet', like Michelle-Amorosa or folks like Tony Rezko.

Wait until you hear his views on allowing illegal immigrants stay here. McCain and anyone that goes along with it should be put in jail if his policy becomes law. He and those who sign it are condoning the actions of criminals.

My McCain-Palin bumper stickers came in the mail today!!!

I got about 20 extra, but do not know how to get them to people who will put them on their cars.

I live in the People's Republic of Massachusetts.

Are there any suggestions on how to distribute the bumper stickers?

Very true!!! I would vote for "Mickey Mouse" if he was running opposite of Obama! We are looking at unchecked liberalism and socialism if Obama gets elected and has a liberal congress to work with. He will probably get re-elected too. I'm sure one of the first orders of business will be the "fairness doctrine", leading to the end of talk radio. After a year or so he will likely have NO opposition in media, having silenced anyone critical of him. He's already doing it in some ways. He demands criminal investigations of people running commercials he doesn't like, and has his followers shutting down radio stations that discusses him in ways he doesn't approve of. This is a very critical time for America.

I received an email from my step-daughter-in-law who is a Democrat as is her entire family. She told me she and her whole family are voting for McCain and most of her Dem friends are as well. I think that’s a really telling. We NEVER talk politics because she knows where I stand...so this is huge.

I have someone at work who has told me something similar, so this type of anecdotal evidence should be some reason to take heart that McCain may outperform final election polls.

Yeah, McLame does grow on one... like mold or mildew or some other fungus. And like them, he’s extremely bad for the health of the country. I wish I could separate my vote and cast it for Palin. At least I know HER head’s in the right place. But I yet cannot even THINK about considering the barest whisper of a shadow of a possibility of a NOTION that I might vote for Juan McLame. In my book, neither he nor Obambi are fit to be running for dog catcher, let alone the Big Enchilada.
