Does NOBAMA have the experience to run a kool-aide stand?

Hell no!! He spent $110 million on education in Chicago but testing showed no significant improvement in student scores. Of course, they turned down applications for science programs and such, and most of that money went to programs his buddy Ayers recommended including diversity, Black awareness, etc.

Other than Romney and GWB I can’t think of one of them in either party who would be trusted with a major company, other than as a figurtehead.

Fiorina agrees, in her own foot-in-mouth way.

Didn’t Cheney run a certain oil company?

Well Fiorina was on the tv this past Sunday a missed a softball by George Stephanoplis - Alaska having the highest “per capita earmarks” in the US.

Duh! Alaska has a small population lady. Earmarks are primarily capital projects or for you lay people fixed costs. Simple math. The cost per mile of road in Alaska costs the same as a mile of road in California. Divide by respective population.

Granted, no one else has jumped on this phony metric and was missed by Palin too (Gibson used the same indictment).

Doesn’t surprise me a bit. Fiorina was a “cult of personality” and was an awful CEO for HP.

Freepers: Can you name one moron in a Democratic leadership position that can pass Ann Coulter's 7-11 test?

The exam is easy. You turn a person loose with the cash register as a convenience store. If you still have a viable business at the end of an eight hour shift, they pass.

Huh? If not a lot of people live there, you don’t need to build a lot of roads there.

i read an account of this same interview in SF Gate...

they had the same headline...but allowed this little snippet to sneak by the editors:

“Fiorina goes on to say that ‘’Sarah Palin has more executive experience than Barack Obama. ... Barack Obama has never made an executive decision in his life.’’

‘’He has been in the U.S. Senate for a very short period of time,’’ she said. Besides, ‘’She’s the vice presidential nominee; Barack Obama is the presidential nominee.’’

now, really do you see any bias in the Media? Why wasn’t the headline “Obama has never made an executive decision in his life.” ???

the SF Gate article includes a little audio to listen to

and its all here:

Obviously, Fiorina did not have the experience to run a major company like Hewlett-Packard at the time that HP decided to hire her. Her time with Lucent exhibits the way not to run a company.

Hey, come on now. Do you realize how much work goes into organizing your memoirs... memoir? There’s pages to keep track of. It’s not easy delegating that sort of responsibility.

I think that perdogg was referring that anyone reading your fairly small and mostly recent posting history would notice that you are a troll that shows up for elections and attacks republicans.

Shep just had her on his show.

She said that neither McCain, Obama, Palin, or Biden could run a corporation like Hewlitt Packard.

It was stupid but she called the O camp out for cutting out all the other names and only forwarding her statement with Palin’s name.

She ought to have known better, but she’s been on the talk show circuit for months and this is her first gaffe.

She’s not running for pres or veep, biden, o-dummy are the candidates.

as a retired HR mgr from basic metal industry I've seen many mid and top managers come through and most as I recall had good minds, come out of top business schools, but were short on common sense.

Sarah has a good mind and common sense, and with the experience she has had, I would trust her in a top management position without hesitation. She has what it takes to motivate others and succeed, IMHO.

IIRC, Carly really screwed the pooch when she spent a fortune acquiring Compaq - a PC business with very tight and declining margins. She also opposed the Packard family who wanted more attention paid to the HP printer line - a business with a great profit margin.

Clearly Carly was not qualified to run a large business. Now that she’s a free agent, does there seem to be any demand for her services?

You left off the last part of her quote which was the most important. WHY?

To others on this thread — READ what she really said before commenting. Bad enough we have to battle the MSM but now looks like we have to fact check posters who leave off the complete quote.

Disgusting!
