The mother of missing Caylee Anthony was released from jail Tuesday for the third time in recent weeks as a national search for her daughter continues.
Casey Anthony and her attorney, Jose Baez, left jail after 1 p.m., following behind two men dressed in black.
They jumped in a vehicle and drove to the woman's home in Orange County.
Anthony did not answer reporters' questions during the walk out of jail.
Orange County sheriff's deputies took Anthony into custody Monday as she visited the jail to meet with her case manager about other charges.
Detectives have said lab tests show Caylee's decomposing body was in her mother's car, and Anthony is their only "person of interest" in the girl's disappearance.
Prosecutors have formally charged Anthony with child neglect, making false statements to investigators and 10 counts of theft, for allegedly buying goods with a friend's stolen checkbook. The Monday charges involved the same alleged theft from the same victim.
Detectives Leave Fla.
Meanwhile, detectives are leaving Florida to search for Caylee.
An Orange County Sheriff's Department official confirmed to Local 6 that investigators will be talking with possible witnesses outside the state for clues into the whereabouts of the child.
No other details were released about the search.
42 Police Calls Since July 15
The Orange County Sheriff's Office call log shows officers have been called to the Anthony home 42 times since July 15.
Deputies said 38 of the calls have been for disturbances, including a scene over the weekend when a mother brought her young children to the Anthony home late night.
During the incident, a 9-year-old's arm was slammed in a car door.
The Department of Children and Families is investigating the child's injury and why he was at the Anthony home at 12:30 a.m. on Sunday.
Neighbors said aggressive protesters are becoming a safety hazard.
The home owner's association filed an injunction to try to keep the protesters away from the neighborhood.
A judge could rule this week.
About 100 families are expected to meet Tuesday night at a HOA meeting to discuss what options they have concerning the protesters.
Expert: Casey Managed Emotions Well
A series of responses given by Anthony during police interviews are not consistent with a desperate mother who wants to find her daughter, a psychologist told Local 6.
"Most people who are interviewed by police officers don't manage their emotions that well," Dr. Deborah Day said of Casey Anthony during questioning over her daughter. "They get upset, they get agitated and they get angry."
Audio recordings of interviews conducted by investigators with Anthony were released Friday by the Orange County Sheriff's Office.
Day listened to the interviews and said she believes Anthony's tone and responses are detached.
"It is inconsistent," Day said. "That's a detachment. She is able to push her emotions aside during these interviews. I think she knows something. I don't know if she knows where her daughter is but she knows something."
In the taped interviews on July 16, detectives caught Anthony in a string of lies.
Day said Anthony managed the stress of questioning disturbingly well.
"What happened to Caylee," an investigator asks on the tape.
"I don't know," Casey Anthony said.
"Sure you do," and investigator said.
"I don't know," Anthony said.
"Listen, something happened to Caylee," an investigator said. "We're not going to discuss where the last time you saw her (was). I'm guessing something bad happened to her some time ago and you haven't seen her, so that part is true -- is you haven't seen her because she's somewhere else right now."
"She's with someone else right now," Anthony said.
"She's either in a Dumpster right now, she's buried somewhere, she's out there somewhere and her rotten body is starting to decompose because what you're tellING us...," an investigator said. "Here's the problem. The longer this goes, the worse it's going to be for everyone. Right now, everything you've told us -- we've locked you into a lie. Every single thing that you've told us has been a lie."
Day said the only time she heard Anthony get emotional on released tapes is when she talks about her relationship with her mother, Cindy. and not her daughter, Caylee, Local 6's Jessica D'Onofrio reported.
A detective was pressing Anthony about how she wasn't living up to her mother's expectations.
Anthony has admitted to lying to several times during the police recordings but never gives any reasons why she is lying, D'Onofrio reported.
Sold Caylee? Where do you think the hits from cadaver dogs and the DNA in the trunk fit into the picture if that child is still alive? And chloroform? I keep seeing posts like yours where people say “I hope she is still alive” and i just don’t see any possibility whatsoever that the child is alive. DNA, chloroform, all lies to police, Casey never once contacting anyone to say the child was missing and instead partying with multiple men, cadaver dogs hitting on the car trunk and in the backyard..... no way all of that is bogus.
Not sure if this is old news, but here are her “party pics”

Looks like a worried mom to me, gag. (Taken while child was dead, no doubt.)
Orange County detectives were expected to meet with the State Attorney's Office to discuss new evidence in the Caylee Anthony case.
A source close to the investigation confirmed for Eyewitness News, that FBI test results show hair and a stain in the trunk of Casey Anthony's car belong to her daughter, 3-year-old Caylee Anthony. Eyewitness News was also told the evidence found proves that she is dead.
Eyewitness News spoke to a forensic expert to find out how investigators are able to use DNA to determine that a dead body was in Casey's trunk.
"Just putting the hair under the microscope one can tell the difference between a normal hair root and one that's been infected with bacteria after death," stated forensic expert Michael Baden.
Baden is a forensic pathologist who worked extensively on the OJ Simpson case. He also said the inside linings of the mouth and nose release fluid when they begin to decompose and that fluid can also be identified by DNA.
I don't know if the police ever stated, on the record, that the hair was definitely Caylee's and that the hair showed that she was dead.
Ha! Like Otis in Mayberry!

bttt
Too bad someone doesn’t grab the b-—— when she gets out of jail (daily now) and tortures her to get answers from her. I’m sick of watching that smirk on her face and her wiggling like she is a fricken model or something. How anyone mental or not disposes of their baby and not blink an eye is beyond my comprehension-and the grandparents are just as guilty for enabling this nut job and I am sick of hearing how they have lost a grand baby and don’t want to lose their daughter-they want to keep living like they have been with a murderer in their house-protesters on the lawn and cops swarming - news shows talking nonstop about the case? They’ve lost their daughter ages ago.
Caylee is most likely dead and the body gone forever. The reason the cops are taking their time about this is a little quirk in the Florida State Constitution. If Casey is charged and convicted of Reckless child endangerment she cannot then be charged with A more serious charge of manslaughter stemming from the same conviction..........
Thanks. It sounds like they have a good source.
“Its reasonable to conclude that Caylees body was the one decomposing, but like you point out, it is an inference.”
It’s the mitochondrial DNA (DNA found in the mitochondria of cells and passed through the female to offspring from generation to generation) that points to it being Caylee. It’s a fact that Casey, Lee, and Cindy are all alive - guess which family member with that DNA is missing? Geez, even Cindy’s mom is still alive (she would have the same mtDNA).
IIRC This DNA was found *in* the DECOMPOSING hair in the trunk. That’s more than an inference. Who else could it be?
Sadly this woman will never be brought to justice for her child’s murder. I believe this child is dead, and mom did it.
Another JonBenet Ramsey situation(NO I DON’T MEAN THE PARENTS), just the fact that everything is so out of whack that it may never be resolved.
i think the whole story line is sick ..everyone knows she did it so why is she not in jail for good..
I don't put much faith in speculations, but it's a huge stretch of imagination to believe that the tests which verified the small of a decomposing body in the trunk of the car Casey was using come from some other dead body in the trunk.
Who in that area has reported a missing person who could have reasonably ended up in this car trunk?
Putting 2 + 2 together, the logical conclusion is that it points directly to Casey's missing daughter.
So you're willing to ignore tests which show there was a decomposing body in the trunk of the car Casey was using? No way!
?I would add to that the possible proof of murder.
Those who claim that law enforcement should charge Casey now with manslaughter or murder are ignoring some facts. For instance, LE needs to have plenty of proof. Otherwise, she could be freed of these gravely serious charges, even though she may be guilty.
Everybody seems to forget that George, Casey’s father, is a retired homicide investigator from Ohio. He knows the ins and outs and whatevers. That is why I suspect that he has been coaching this thing from day one, when Casey was frantically calling his and Cindy’s cellphones, over and over, trying to get in to contact with them for some reason, when she hadn’t called them hardly at all for weeks..........
