Actress Janeane Garofalo: Jail all Republicans (this is a real giggle)
World Net Daily ^ | 9/15/08

From the start of the HBO show, Hollywood activist Janeane Garofalo, a Barack Obama supporter, expressed agitation over the overnight national popularity of GOP vice presidential nod Gov. Sarah Palin, who has helped running mate John McCain pull within the statistical margin of error of Obama in many polls.

Garofalo ridiculed her as an empty pantsuit who lacks a firm grasp of the issues.

Fund defended Palin and her experience and warned that such Palin-bashing will only create a backlash in the heartland against Democrats. "Keep it up," he taunted Garofalo and other critics on the panel.

"You guys are the kings of petty, nasty rhetoric," Garofalo snapped at Fund, who writes for the Wall Street Journal.

I don't think I have seen a picture of Sarah Palin in a pantsuit. I'm sure she would rock it, but I don't think I've seen one.

Hey Ms. Garofalo, you're effectively driving MORE people to vote for the McCain/Palin ticket.

She’s every bit as smart as she is beautiful.

These people are like lemmings going off a cliff.

Fund is lucky he knocked over his coffee cup, because there is a better than even chance that one of those ‘decent’ ‘Rats that slut Garofalo referred to took a whiz in it.

Hey John?

You hang out with scum, you come back smelling REAL bad.

Her rant shows what a shallow dim bulb she really is. As Fund, said, keep it up, you’re winning the election for us!

They stand for no reproductive justice

Are we to believe that "reproductive justice" includes partial-birth abortion?

Continuing her rant, Garofalo asserted that Republicans believe in nothing decent and should all be locked up. "There is no evidence to support that the current incarnation of the Republican Party-hyphen-conservative movement has any tethering to decency, kindness, tolerance (or) open-mindedness," she said.

Here is what "no evidence" looks like. From a news release of the Hoover Institutition (Stanford Univ.):

STANFORD— In Makers and Takers, a new volume by Peter Schweizer, a Hoover Institution research fellow, you will discover why

* Seventy-one percent of conservatives say you have an obligation to care for a seriously injured spouse or parent versus less than half (46 percent) of liberals

* Conservatives have a better work ethic and are much less likely to call in sick than their liberal counterparts

* Liberals are two and a half times more likely to be resentful of others’ success and 50 percent more likely to be jealous of other people’s good luck

* Liberals are two times more likely to say it is ok to cheat the government out of welfare money you don’t deserve

* Conservatives are more likely than liberals to hug their children and “significantly more likely” to display positive nurturing emotions

* Liberals are less trusting of family members and much less likely to stay in touch with their parents

If only Janine were open-minded enough to read this.

Gees, I had no idea that she was that butt-ugly. Her statement:

Still, she claimed that compared to Republicans, "Democrats as people are fundamentally more decent."

Another liberal who romanticizes the unproductive members of society. By "decent", she means we should allow women to have free choice on abortion, that we need to give more to the poor, that we should pursue a Marxist doctrine to the point where everyone has the same income. The path of political history is strewn with the wreckage of people who tried the Marxist philosophy...it simply does not persist in the long run. Wake up, you moron, you're village is trying to find you.
