Why lie?
No Republican has said or would ever say that Barack is to smart for anythng.
I do beleive that have characterized him as slick and packaged, lots of words and no substance. None of that means “smart”
Actually, all we’ve seen, as far as evidence of his intelligence, is his ability to deliver a pre-written speech well, speeches that don’t actually say anything.
As far as economics, foreign policy, understanding people, understanding the nature of threats in the world,
we don’t see much in the way of intellect.
I think Biden just meant the Barack is so nicely dressed that he stands out because peasants aren't used to seeing such an attractive figure
