It DOES give you an excuse when you’re talking to yourself and your buddies between yourself and your buddies with nobody BUT yourself and your buddies within hearing distance, but it won’t recruit anybody else in the area.

I grew up in Ohio and Ohioians don’t like liberal, frauds which sums up Obama. They are also patriotic which ZERO is not unless it politically suits him.
Calling them racist is definitely not going to win votes in Ohio.
It isn’t the “locals” who are racist - it is Obama who is the kind of racists. He is the one who keeps bringing up race. HE is the one who is trying to foster white guilt for an excuse to vote for him.
Much like Kerry’s flagrant use (misuse) of his Vietnam Vet status - Obama is using his race as a “reason” to vote for him.

I just laugh. I work in an ER and every now and then someone tosses out the “race” card in attempt to get special treatment. I LOVE the look on their face when I just laugh and tell them “nice try Jack, but I don’t play that”. They are stunned, because it almost always cows or guilts whites into giving in....
That’s it, I can’t take it any more...this is something that I composed to combat this idiotic notion that the only reason I won’t vote for barry is because he’s half-black...if you’re offended...I don’t care...my blood is boiling and I can’t hold it in any longer:
