I don’t use a tanning bed, but I know exactly what you mean. I had to move from Seattle because the dreary, grey drizzle just drove me nuts.
Now I live just south of SF but still in the fog bank. I can go weeks without seeing the sun, and I can tell you it does nothing for my mood or mental acuity.
and BTW, I LOVE telling these liberal nannies that I go to a tanning salon whenever I feel like it! LOL....you should see their eyes bug out and start to hyperventilate. LOL
Is there nothing these “Dummies” do not want to control.
OH NO She got a tanning bed.. OH NO call out the safety police..
Ugh these Dems need to get lives.
Moot point, Beachmom. You avoided the tanning bed...and STILL got Melanoma. *sigh* Some people are offended because they just need an excuse to be angry....
like their organic convention

To police the four-day event Aug. 25-28, she’s assembling (via paperless online signup) a trash brigade. Decked out in green shirts, 900 volunteers will hover at waste-disposal stations to make sure delegates put each scrap of trash in the proper bin. Lest a fork slip into the wrong container unnoticed, volunteers will paw through every bag before it is hauled away.
“That’s the only way to make sure it’s pure,” Ms. Robinson says.
“Thats the only way to make sure its pure, Ms. Robinson says.”
Pure garbage...
Nah, too easy.
It helps.
Do you find something ironic about somebody named “Beachmom” complaining about Melanoma?
Popcorn-quality unhinged... Nah.., misunderstatement either.
There we have it: no doubt a fugly DUmmie lesbian that hates all women that can actually attract a man.............
Just don't overdo it!
As someone that owned a tanning salon they have no value as to health purposes. cosmetic only. A friend that would tan twice a day in different salons in town died of melanoma just after graduating from veterinarian school at LSU. The point of “teh crazy libs” is that we should not have the freedom to choose what we do with our bodies. Unless it is killing our babies. What hypocrites!!!!!
I also moved from Seattle after a year because I found it too gray and just, well, too dreary. Still can’t believe how they all painted their houses gray to match the sky.
I lived my whole life in the sunbelt (CA and TX) and really missed the shadows and the sunsets.
It wasn’t the rain that bothered me; it was the lack of shadows (think dappled sunlight on a sidewalk) and sunsets.
Boy, I sure hope Senator McCain doesn't find out.
Hair plugs.
It’s dark for 6 months in AK, isn’t it? Cold as heck?
Vitamin D problems?
Basic health.
Good catch! LOL!!!
Light therapy is used to treat various skin conditions (acne, psoriasis, eczema) as well as mood and sleep disorders. In many cases doctors will prescribe special light bed or light booth treatments. The lights are designed to give specific wavelengths of light and are strictly regulated by the FDA. These prescription treatments may be administered in conjunction with medications to relieve the condition. In cases where it is not practical for the patient to go to the doctor's office for the treatments they can purchase the equipment for home use.
Of course this equipment could have been for one of her children but the moonbats can't be concerned with thinking of these possibilities.
She’s got nothing on Charlie Crist.
