35 percent yes she is qualified; 63 percent no she isnt. I'm guessing the script is written to show those percentages regardless of the actual votes. The result page doesn't even show the actual number of votes, only percentages. ...and the percentages don't add up to 100 either.
PBS is a taxpayer supported propaganda division of the DNC.
