Panic? The Left's fivethirtyeight.com has McCain at 289 and Obama at 249 in electoral votes today.

ABC did a segment on this pollster of pollsters a few weeks back. In reading the comments it appears most of those paying attention to him are from the left. They are getting very irate now that his electoral votes have switched from Obama leading to McCain leading.

What happened the LAST time the country was so divided?

I'm sure that most of us hope that it won't come to that, but simple logic says that some sort of showdown is in the cards for this country.

Fortunately, our opposition can rage, but they can't fight. They've been appeasing evil and "giving peace a chance" for so long, that they've all but lost that survival skill.
