One case in point, McCarthy on Iran asking what happened to the Bush Doctrine (the part that deals with negotiations under certain conditions or no negotiations as applied to nuclear ambitions.

I didn’t know it either, until the media said it was treating countries who harbored terrorists as terrorist states. But I bet most of them didn’t know it either.
