Important please help Cpl Chris Mason (KIA 28 Nov 2006 - Al-Qaeda ambush - Northern Iraq - FOB Summerall - 82nd Airborne Infantry).

PRCA-Bullfighter-Chris-Maso

As you know my son Chris gave his life for this great Nation, and now his name is being considered for placement into the "Pro Rodeo Cowboy Association’s Hall of Fame" in Denver Colorado.

As Chris's dad I do not know a lot about his time as a PRCA Bullfighter. Chris was a man of his own, and he traveled around the country with the PRCA Rodeo, and I was at home being dad. The photos I placed on his MySpace (www.myspace.com/cplmason)are mostly photos I was lucky to find in old newspaper clippings he had in his personal belongings after his death. He was not a “look” at me type of man; he did what he did because he loved the dream.

I am asking each person who reads this Bulletin to please share it with your friends. Please ask them to go over to YouTube and "Rate" Chris's tribute video for his time as a PRCA Bullfighter.

Here is the link to the video on YouTube - if need be just cut and paste - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RqH1jxHRR_E

PRCA Bullfighter Chris mason Tribute Video

I am hoping good folks will go over and rate Chris's Tribute video and the members of the PRCA voting board will take notice between now and January, and realize (if they do not already) what a great American Cowboy he was, and how many Americans truly think of Chris as an American hero. I plan to contact the PRCA Headquarters in a week or two and reference this video page as to the number of Americans who support his placement in "The Hall Of Fame."

Chris will truly need our help between now and Jan 2009 to have this honor bestowed upon him in August 2009, it was his dream, the dream he stepped aside from to go and do his part. He told me he wanted to insure that our Nation, our freedom, and our life remain FREE. He gave it all without question. As he did in the Rodeo Arena when facing danger, and other folks lives were threaten, he also did at the time of his death fighting Al-Qaeda Terrorist, he was holding tight, and standing firm for us.

Please rate his PRCA Tribute Video, and share it with your friends.

The voting will take place in January 2009 - I have submitted all the information I had concerning the time Chris was a PRCA Bullfighter from 1998-2005.

If you feel a man that chose to place his dream on hold to serve in this Nation's armed forces, and loses his life defending our freedom, should be allowed to realize his dream even if he is no longer with us I am asking you to please rate the video and place a comment in the comment section over on YouTube.

Thank you.

Your son is remembered, and loved - but so are you. In my prayers, deep in the night when I lift up my warrior child, I lift you up also.

You are precious to God, and your loss is not merely your own. It belongs to us all...

but deep in the night when you remember Chris, you are together with him, nestled in the Arms of God.
