Interesting point. I have puzzled over why Obama picked Biden to begin with since he really doesn’t add very much to the ticket. The only conclusion I could come to was that somehow Biden was forced on, or foisted on, him by the Clintons. The Clintons know full well Biden would be an anchor on Obama, helping to ensure Obama loses. Obama would not be the incumbent in 2012, thus clearing the way for Hillary to run. The one thing the Clintons didn’t plan on was Palin.

Wan’t it a relative of Bidens that had Larry Sinclair arrested before a press conference he had scheduled, to announce some dirt on Obama?

Want it a relative of Bidens that had Larry Sinclair arrested before a press conference he had scheduled, to announce some dirt on Obama? Sinclair was arrested after the press conference. Apparently Biden's son was involved.

Just great. Now Biden thinks he's the Messiah, too.
Cheers!

Mr Biden left an audience cringing in Columbia, Missouri, when he urged a paraplegic state official to stand up and be recognised...and this guy, along with his running mate who criticized John McCain for not being able to use a computer when in fact McCain can't raise his arms high enough to reach a keyboard because of injuries suffered when he was a POW, wants to base our foreign policy on more negotiation and diplomacy - with their genius for putting their own feet in their mouths, they'd have the US in major wars all over the world within weeks of their inauguation......

Just a day after musing that Mrs Clinton "might have been a better pick than me", Mr Biden left an audience cringing in Columbia, Missouri, when he urged a paraplegic state official to stand up and be recognised. "Chuck, stand up, let the people see you," he shouted to State Senator Chuck Graham before realising, to his horror, that the local politician uses a wheelchair.
See, experience counts. He's got more than Hillary. She'd have reminded Graham that Gandhi would have operated a convenience store. Thanks neverdem.

What is worse, biden is now going after the down syndrome baby. He is belittling Sarah for not supporting stem cell research when she has a down syndrome baby.
I am shock ... I heard it on the radio tonight....
Down syndrome is a genetic disorder .... No stem cell project is going to fix that. Biden is just stupid and nasty.

*Yawn* Remember when John Edwards announced that Christopher Reeve would have risen up and walked, had a Democrat been president in 2004?

I’m surprised Edwards didn’t find a way to get even richer by suing the Presidency over Reeves’ continued paralysis.

Can you imagine the reaction if a Republican politician had asked a wheelchair bound person to stand up and take a bow? They would have ridiculed such a person endlessly, and even dug up his/her voting record on handicapped/disability issues if it would make him/her look foolish. The Dan Quayle treatment. I remember it well.
