I feel 100% sure every one in the media know about this. Berg’s lawsuit is a ticking bomb...it is in discovery now. He is trying to get some action before November.

Good lord, if Obama was rendered ineligible at the 11th hour...what would take place?

Be sure. I don't have their e-mail addresses. Hannity, Rush, Laura and others would LOVE to discuss this.

If the Obomination is determined to be ineligible, my best GUESS would be that Hitley would replace him and she'd select her own VP. I'm just GUESSING at that.

"Good lord, if Obama was rendered ineligible at the 11th hour...what would take place?"

I think Biden would become the nominee, run without a VP, and if elected, appoint a VP.

At least that was what the Republican rules were in 1988, when Bush 41 ran. Back then the press made every effort to point out the possibility of Dan Quayle becoming president.

The Democrats may have a means of reconvening their convention to nominate a new candidate, but I am unaware of any details in this matter. Apparently, the Republicans do not have that ability, or at least did not back in 1988.

Biden would move up to the first slot.

He'd have to appoint a Veep.

Hillary!™ is the most logical choice.

(McCain-Feingold would prevent an effective counter campaign)

Biden will step down for health reasons two years into his term.

Hillary!™ gets the last half of his term, and can still get two full terms of her own.

History text books will refer to this time as 'The Glorious Hillary!™ Decade'...

Simple..Biden steps aside for the good of the party (or some other distraction),and Hillary is selected as V.P.Obama is at the last minute declared ineligible to run and Hillary runs.As has been the plan all along to get her to the election without any of the attention.........

Hitlary somehow would wind up on top of the the ticket, and win the election. This is one issue no one should be pursuing.

Instant Karma !

Isn't disqualification they way 0 has won all his elections ?

Wouldn't it be so deliciously ironic?

I believe the DNC would pick a replacement. Someone posted the rules for this a while back.

The RNC or some Republican entity should intervene in this lawsuit. As a lawsuit between Democrats, the possibility of collusion is too great. It is not clear that the parties are truly adverse to each other.

It would put such a blemish on the Dems (as if they hadn’t enough) that only the outrageously idiotic would continue to support them. Ideology can be argued, Slick Willy’s dalliances in the Oval Orifice can be overlooked (his lies shouldn’t), but this is definitely over the top. And to top it off, Berg is not a Republican operative, he’s a registered Democrat.

I feel 100% sure every one in the media know about this.

See my post from Friday, Aug. 22nd. The mainstream / driveby media knew about it all the moment Berg filed.

My brother has a friend who works for a wire service. He told my brother that on the evening of August 21st, Berg's lawsuit was the only topic of conversation at the National Press Club in Washington, DC.

The reporters were all debating whether or not they should report Philip Berg's filing. We know what their decision was.

They did not even need to report it favorably. I can imagine them laughing in the last 30 seconds of a broadcast, and saying that some foolish lawyer was suing Obama in Philadelphia. Hahahaha.

Instead they opted simply to spike the story -- making it all the bigger when the news eventually leaks out.

But if some Republican lawyer was suing McCain or Palin, it would be on every front page above the fold, regardless of whether there was any merit to the case or not.

Good lord, if Obama was rendered ineligible at the 11th hour...what would take place?>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

If it happened before the election, Welcome the Clinton/Biden ticket. McCain/Palin Wins.

If the challenge is brought post election inside of the electoral college, after an Obama win, watch for rioting in the streets.( No Obama win, no challenge on birth necessary in the electoral college.)
