The Obama campaign and the DNC have collected contributions....in the millions. If the candidate is unqualified and not vetted this is fraud, mail fraud, numerous violations of the RICCO Act and if the contributions can be traced to foreign entities, violations of FECA law.

Then those are criminal offenses, not civil.

Voter fraud is hardly ever prosecuted even when it's obvious, even blatant. So why not Campaign fraud?
