Then those are criminal offenses, not civil.
One would think so......unless there's no controlling authority.

Voter fraud is hardly ever prosecuted even when it's obvious, even blatant. So why not Campaign fraud?

After the 2000 elections. a friend said to me that this would be the way subsequent elections will be conducted. We came close to having his prediction verified in 2004 in Ohio.
