I think it was the discovery that a large amount of enriched uranium is missing from Iran’s processing plant.

That means it is in another country being fashioned into warheads.

It isn’t missing in the sense that it is in another county, it is missing in the sense that Iran has moved it to a factory/plant/etc. that they’ve kept hidden from the IAEA/International community.
