He is being very condescending to her, treating her like she’s some dumb rube bimbo from the sticks who has to be educated by his massive intellect. He comes off looking worse than she does, despite all the DNC talking points at the very beginning.
Absolutely. I am absolutely livid. First the interview during the actual newscast was cut-up to bits (at one point talking about stem cells and Sarah say: "Like I mentioned before about adult stem cells" when the editing had cut out her original comments about adult stem cells) but as I watch now the interview is a little less chopped up. Anyhow, the opening on 20/20 gave absolutely no context to each "refutation" of statements made in her nomination speech and DNC accusations like Troopergate, per diems, Bridge To Nowhere. I'll wait to see if Sarah is given a chance to address these subjects through the rest of the hour (if this is the whole hour).
I had to walk away. I couldn't watch it. From what I did see, Gov. Palin was doing just fine -- I have never seen anyone interview Obama like that. ABC's intro and Gibson's questioning are simply designed to destroy her. They are not trying to learn about her or to show her to America, or to tease out information from her. They just want to destroy her.

I think Sarah is doing great. Much more relaxed. Confident. Talking to charlie like he’s a child who doesn’t quite grasp the concept. heh-heh!!

He kept coming back to his same point/question when he wasn’t happy with her answer (even though she clearly and perfectly responded). His tack appears to be trying to get her to say something “conflicting’. Almost, like ‘cross-examination’. They have NEVER put NOBAMA through this.
A DNC hit piece. Not interviewing, telling you what to believe. This is outrageous. I am so angry. This is exactly what I predicted would happen.
