If McCain's candidacy is impaled with Sarah, it means that it is impaled on victory.

The more the MSM and DNC try to either smear, besmirch, or twist this good woman's words, the more people all over the country will be drawn to her.

It's because of something the left and the elite cannot understand and are blind to.

Sarah connects with everyday people. She was mother who wanted to make a difference in her community and joined the PTA and it went from there. She didn't need an ivy league degree in Political Science, she didn't need a law degree, she didn’t need rich connections, she just needed honesty, integrity, her faith, and a desire to serve.

She didn't seek wealth, power, or high position...it just happened and that connects with most Americans of all stripes (outside of the leftists and elitists whom she threatens) who in their hearts want to try and help their communities and improve things for their kids.

Apples and oranges, which is what passes for argumentation with this writer. But, fine. Yes, both GOP candidates seem to favor bringing Iraq to a positive outcome, and both seem to favor a robust response to Iran if push comes to shove.

And both Dems are more inclined to avoid confrontation with Iran and will be more inclined to declare victory and withdraw from Iraq at the first possible moment.

Anyone can make that calculation and choose their candidates accordingly.

They can misrepresent what Palin said all they want, but I don't pay much attention to writers like this one. Palin was right. It doesn't much matter what government does, it won't be sufficient if peoples' hearts aren't right with God. And if people get their hearts right, the rest will come right in the end. Government matters a great deal, but the moral character of the people matters far more and will make all the difference in the end.
