First on TVNewser: While ABC's Charlie Gibson is busy with Gov. Sarah Palin's first interview, FNC's Greta Van Susteren can claim a related "first." She sits down with Palin's husband, Todd Palin, for his first mainstream media interview since his wife was named VP.
Van Susteren interviews Palin later today and it will air in two parts, on Monday and Tuesday, on On the Record at 10pmET.
She has been anchoring her program from Alaska all week, the only anchor on cable news to do so. Earlier this week she interviewed Palin's sister, Heather Bruce, and she has posted behind-the-scenes pictures and information on her blog (including a look at Palin's old office as Mayor of Wasilla).

Something that I read the Todd Palin said (paraphrase): "Given hindsight if I had a crystal ball I would have asked a lot more questions when Sarah said she wanted to join the PTA."

I know she and her hubby are big time libs, but she is really being fair to Sarah in doing her reporting this past week.
I think I read where her husband is coming over to the Sarah side.

She’s a blond bombshell and a college professor. I’ve never seen an interview, but I’m sure there are plenty out there.
My 68-year-old mother has a crush on him. I sent her a copy of his YouTube speech. She was so happy to hear he sounded intelligent.

I just want to remind everyone about the Todd Palin picture rule. We must have pictures accompanying postings about him.
If there were plenty of interviews out there of Mrs. Biden, we would have found one. She’s a tiny little thing, and no bombshell.

Well it certainly wasn’t intended to be a slam. Newsflash: Some people do not sound as intelligent as they are, example: George Bush. Sensitive much?
