bttt

Anyone know of a site with recent Senate polling data?

Most of what I found was from June, July or August.

Great thread..many thanks..Not that I'm trying to create work for you, but can I suggest that you keep this going for the next two monts, update as needed, and as you have time, and ask those who'd like to be on your ping list to it. (ME!! ME!!, I'm first!!)

It also reminded me how little lately we've heard mention of about the Louisiana race, where Mary was deemed very beatable a few months ago. What happened??

Apparently Biden is running for both VP and Senate? Could he lose both?

No.

What is really annoying, is they are only doing senate polls in states that are already red, or are so blue they won’t show a change. Todays polls: Idaho, Maine, Mississippi, North Carolina are already red, so no flips today.

It's a sign of the times that when I saw the headline, I naturally expected the article to read:

Results: Mostly Old White Guys

Did I not read yesterday that Sununu had come roaring back and was within *2* in NH? That would be great news if he won. Hard to believe Stevens is still running so well considering his troubles but if he wins, that would be a boost. And I am confident Schaefer can win in CO. He seems to be coming on strong.

Unfortunately Elizabeth Dole has lost a lot of ground in the latest poll. That is stunning. What is going on down there??

If Dole wins, and Republicans come out of this with 46 or even 47 seats, that will not be so bad. The Dems might not get the huge gains they expected. If the Repubs remain over 45 then at least they can hopeful that ‘10 and ‘12 will be good years for them. Time will tell of course.

In Georgia, Saxby should win convincingly but I thought it rather odd that his Democrat opponent Jim Martin is non-stop playing a commercial cashing in on his military service and using Max Cleland to say

Max: “In Times Like These, We Need People Who’ve Served Their Country”

uh, democrats, Obama/Biden haven’t served their country. lol

I told my dad, last week it was a possibility that the house and senate would go to the Republicans.
