Prior to his 15 year business career, Mr. Beatty had nearly 15 years of active public service to his country. Jeff is a combat wounded veteran.
- From 1981-1983 Mr. Beatty served as a Delta Force officer Assault Troop Commander. (Mr. Beatty was in the first “Blackhawk down”), He led his unit on several deployments, was repeatedly commended for saving lives, and went on to become the Force Operations Officer.
- In 1983, Mr. Beatty was recruited by the FBI to serve as a special advisor to the FBI's Hostage Rescue Team (HRT) with emphasis on security for the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics.
- Two years later, Mr. Beatty was recruited by the CIA and served at several locations in Europe and in the Middle East. He developed programs used to train allies on how to counter terrorism, mounted several successful intelligence and security operations against terrorist groups responsible for the deaths of Americans, thwarted several potential terrorist attacks and ran successful traditional intelligence operations.
Having trouble finding post-Palin poll numbers. Seems like most of these polls were taken in early June or July.

In all I had a really hard time finding polls Post-Palin. The ones that were post Palin all showed a jump for the Incumbent Republican.

In Georgia, Saxby should win convincingly but I thought it rather odd that his Democrat opponent Jim Martin is non-stop playing a commercial cashing in on his military service and using Max Cleland to say
Max: “In Times Like These, We Need People Who’ve Served Their Country”
uh, democrats, Obama/Biden haven’t served their country. lol
