Experts Say Iran Resumed Nuke Weapons Plan

TEHRAN, Sept. 12 (UPI) -- Nuclear experts say they believe Iran has renewed work on developing nuclear weapons and removed uranium from its nuclear production facility.

Nuclear experts responsible for monitoring Iran's program said they've discovered that enough uranium, which if enriched could make up to six bombs, was no longer at the Isfahan nuclear production facility, The Daily Telegraph reported Friday.

Spy satellites identified suspicious sites that Iran hasn't declared to nuclear inspectors, the British newspaper said.

The Isfahan facility, where raw uranium is enriched so it can be used for either nuclear power or atomic weapons, is subject to International Atomic Energy Agency supervision. Iran, however, has given IAEA inspectors access only to the final stage of the production process, where the uranium in a gaseous state is stored.

Nuclear experts said they've determined that 50-60 tons of unprocessed uranium is missing, the newspaper said.

"The inspectors only have limited access at Isfahan and it looks as though Iranian officials have removed significant quantities ... at a stage in the process that is not being monitored," a nuclear official told the Telegraph. "If Iran's nuclear intentions are peaceful, then why are they doing this?"

IAEA officials told The Daily Telegraph they suspect the missing uranium is being stored in installations spotted by U.S. spy satellites.

The Iranians will be asked to account for missing enriched uranium when the IAEA's board of governors meets in Vienna this month, officials said.

Based upon what we know, an interesting equation arises......

Unnacounted Iranian uranium plus unnaccounted N. Korean plutonium, multiplied by N. Korean/Iranian missile/nuclear cooperation.

I'm no math whiz, but all that equals HUGE trouble by anyone's calculations.....except, inexplicably, by the Left.

Resumed? Are you kidding me? Raise your hand if you think they ever stopped or paused their efforts.

It is categorically impossible to understand the threat we face from this wacko without understanding his Islamic theology. In fact, although this aspect is never discussed by the MSM—it will never be discussed by them, of course—it is the singular driving force behind his quest for nuclear weapons. That same force leaves ZERO doubt that he’ll use the weapons as soon as he has them.

He believes with all his heart, soul, and twisted garbage heap of a mind that he has been chosen to usher in the Islamic “messiah,” the 12th imam. He believes the only way to pave the way for this “messiah” is to launch a massive conflagration aimed at Christians and Jews. And the moment he has the ability to launch a nuke, he will. Until the world understands this and deals with it accordingly, the threat will remain one of the greatest we’ve ever faced.

As an aside, you need not have any religious beliefs to see the threat posed by this man. But for my fellow Christians who follow endtime prophecies, the “inverse dovetailing” between the eschatology of Christianity and Islam will send shivers up your spine. For the first time ever, the War of Gog and Magog (WOGAM) is IMMEDIATELY feasible, and I believe there’s a strong chance that we’re witnessing the preliminary stages of the conflict that will mature into WOGAM.

Barack Obama at last night's forum "I want to make government cool again" Iran is shaking in it's boots.

When was government EVER cool? Wasn't the whole democratic / liberal / hippie line about DOWN with the Man (meaning government)?

North Korea and Iran are enriching as fast as they can for the Obama Presidency. Axis/Communism will spread even faster than the Carter first term.

Perhaps we should resume our cruise missile targetting program.

If possible, the best way would be to test in in N Korea, and if it fails, the world laughs at NK.

Iran can get a twofer on this one..make it so if no nuke than it becomes a dirty bomb..they win each way.
As for USA or Israel doing anything, I think that time has come and gone..In case you have not noticed: Bush has been castrated and Israel is run by a pacifist leader who never had a pair. NO attack on Iran just big talk and lots of blinking on our side.

Consummate liars can actually fool some people. Nobody is fooled by the Iranians. Lots of people just want them to get nuclear weapons, or are too terrified to do anything about any of it, or aren't willing to face it. Mostly the last, with the primary motive being an unwillingness to admit they were wrong, or even worse that Bush was right about anything.

They'd literally rather see millions of innocent people burned to death than admit even in their hearts, even for five seconds, that George Bush was ever right about anything. As soon as those millions of people are burned to death, they will blame George Bush. Iranian ability to lie has nothing to do with any of it.
