This thread is not about Mexican citizens in Mexico, nor is it about Chinese citizens in China. It is about an illegal alien who was nearly caught in the United States doing something illegal.

The U.S. Constitution applied to him then, just as it applied to him later when he was sent to a U.S. prison for a subsequent crime in the United States.
