“Gay” males are ALWAYS more promiscuous. Males are VISUAL and this plays out with “gay” males. It is thought that many black males are bisexual, hence black women are infected more. I have read because there is rarely a father present when a black male is growing up - he lacks a male role model. Mom alone doesn't substitute for a male role model and invites the homosexual lifestyle. Also if most black males end up in prison and sex is dealt with in a homosexual way. Some continue with it and become bisexual.
It is clearly a BEHAVIORAL issue.
You can throw all the money at them in the world however their BEHAVIOR is what needs to be changed. If it doesn’t, by their will, you are wasting your money.

Where was that plague of plagues that everyone thought would come twenty years ago? Why did I, a heterosexual male non-drug-user, have to sit through hours of AIDS education in health class? Why don’t irreverent comedy shows make fun of the AIDS scare like they make fun of the red scare?
White women don’t sleep with white gay men when they find out they’re gay. Black women wouldn’t sleep with black men when they find out they’re gay. The difference is, the white gay guys let everyone know, and the black guys don’t.
Or it could be a matter of white gays not sleeping with women and the black gays doing both halves of the population - back to the promiscuity link.
There are over 2,000 AIDS cases per 100,000 people in DC. In other urban areas it isn’t uncommon to be over 200 cases per 100,000. Other places with high instances are places where there tend to be a lot of illegal aliens.
Disproportionate impact...
This is like saying those that walk in the rain sans umbrella get disproportionately wet.

Older gay men like younger gay men.
Older gay men pay for sex.
Young gay men, having been denied the right to marry, have turned to prostitution.

Not from what I've seen. I've known a couple out gay/bi guys that didn't seem to have any trouble finding women. There are some girls out there that seem to like them.
