Earlier today, Investor's Business Daily posted a cartoon from their resident genius, Michael Ramirez, which perfectly captured the essence of Barry Obama's "lipstick on a pig" comment. Copyright restrictions do not allow us to display the toon on Free Republic, but as of the time of this writing, you can view the Mr. Ramirez' artwork HERE.
Later this afternoon, IBD deleted the cartoon from their website, and as you can see HERE, it is no longer listed in Ramirez' archives.
Obviously, the heat's on IBD from the mavens of political correctness.
In my opinion, the only remaining questions now are whether they will pull the above link and when.
No wonder Michael is a Pulitzer prize winner!!!!!!!!
We really miss him im Memphis.
I’m waiting to see the “stinky fish” cartoons. I guess nobody has the nerve.
Doesn’t take long, does it?
Freepers are fast!
Where's that song that Levin likes to play, "Walkin' 'round in womens underwear."
LOL no. That’s from a European article
ROTFLMAO
It hurts SO good!
That artwork is brilliant. Your screen name obviously implies something to do with it. BTW, your screen name also made me realize the significance of the video game title “Robotron: 2084”.
She put HERSELF into this the minute Obamessiah’s henchmen dragged Palin’s daughter into the fray.
It’s all good.

Obama took the cheap shot about lipstick and the pig but I couldn’t find his shade.
But I will keep looking.
To paraphrase a BeeGees song: Barry started a joke which started the whole world laughing...but he didn’t see that the joke was on him...
That’s not my art work. That was from the People’s Cube.

I’ve presented some of my artwork to them. I have a lot of original stuff but that was not one of them. If I could find a photoshop person on FR to replace the one I lost, I could shake up the world. :-)
Thanks for the link. Too bad I don't a higher-res version suitable for printing (6"x8" or so) or any detailed information on the piece. I would have guessed your name would have something to do with it (Orwell==Blair) but I guess not.
It's a great drawing and a cartoon for the times.
He's probably laughing at the silly criticisms.
