We got really bored once Obama started going on and on, filling up air time with platitudes, and ended up watching an excellent show about 9/11/01 on the History Channel: 102 Minutes That Changed America. It re-airs at 1AM ET.

The context of his comment seemed to be army of volunteers to assist with non-military missions were wanted by our Generals. Not sure I have the exact sequence down but it sounded like he wanted non-military expeditionary forces to travel the world and organize communities or something to that effect?
I guess we could have Zampolit and the Green Gestapo? Bizarre to say the least and I don’t even want to think about the expense involved.
