Press Release: Philip J. Berg Files for Epedited Dicovery and Special Master

(Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania – 09/10/08) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s eligibility to serve as President of the United States, filed a Motion for Extensive and Expedited Discovery including the Depositions of Barack Obama and Howard Dean, Chairman of the Democratic National Committee [DNC] with a Special Master in the case of Berg vs. Obama, Civil Action No. 08-cv-4083, on 09/09/08. Berg stressed to the Court the urgency of this case as, we the people, are heading to a “Constitutional Crisis” if this case is not resolved forthwith.

I wonder why the RNC, Rush, Hannity, Levin etc have not so much as said a peep about this?

No wonder here. It simply is too bizarre a situation upon which to risk one's credibility. Berg is doing the world a favor by bringing it to court. Win, lose, or draw, the proceedings go forward.

Now, if someone like the much-adored-around-here-BOR, is smart enough to ask His Holiness, the Dalibama about it, that could get it a little further out into the open. Where the hell exactly was The Anointed One actually born? Did a young fellow named "Barry Soetoro" travel to Pakistan on an Indonesian passport? Let the candidate answer the questions.

After all, there's nothing here a few well-placed Sorosmillions cannot straighten out, including young Barack's baby footporint on an Hawaiian hospital birth certificate, if they used them in those days.

The plot thickens, eh what?

Philip Berg is a highly-credible Pennsylvania attorney & ex-assistant district attorney for that state. He has a HUGE amount of evidence to back up the claims. You can read the entire lawsuit, motions, etc. on Berg’s website at www.obamacrimes.com.

Numerous sources have already confirmed that Obot’s birth certificate is a fraud. Several of those sources are computer forensic analysts who, working independent of each other, stripped the layers off of the so-called “legitimate” certificate Obama posted on the web. In fact, one of those analysts posted frame-by-frame pictures of this process that ultimately revealed the fraudulent web-posted certifcate.

But, especially significant is the dirty trick Obama pulled when he posted the so-called legitimate certificate on the web. “Factcheck.org” submitted the “verified” certificate on Obama’s site and elsewhere on the web. Unfortunately, Obama “forgot” to mention that the full name of the posting site is REALLY: Annenberg FactCheck.org.

This is a 100% conflict-of-interest for Obama.

Obama assumed the position “Chairman of the Board” of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge just months before he first ran for office. Obama assumed this position at the behest of his personal long-time friend and FOUNDER of the Annenberg Challenge: William Ayers - the notorious Weather Underground terrorist & unrepentent bomber. For years Obama + Ayers worked TOGETHER doling out millions from the foundation’s trust accounts to special interests that were directly conflicted with Obama’s Chairman & state senator statuses. As Chairman, Obama personally directed many millions to fund Ayer’s also-conflicted special interests.

So, the SOURCE of Obama’s web-posted certificate is 100% suspect given its source is “factnet.org” - a website wholly owned by the Chicago Annenberg Challenge. Obama, himself, stupidly (& accidentally) makes this connection on his own campaign website when issuing responses in his silly, no-credibility “Fight the Smears” campaign.

The fact that Obama cannot produce a legitimate birth certificate OR provide us with a legitimate, independent source for that certificate indicates there is no such legitimate, legal certificate. This also indicates Obama’s malicious, affirmative, fraudulent intent to repeatedly deceive American citizens.

Obama, himself, is nothing other than a fraud, con & scam artist. For this he + the DNC should be prosecuted (along with all of those who knowingly aided & abetted in this scam).

Of interest is the fact that - until recently - I WAS a democrat! No longer! Never again will I associate myself with the democrats even though I now believe the party is in the process of destroying itself (this destruction will worsen as these facts continue to surface. The MSM thus far has been SILENT on these very serious issues!).

Discovery is the process by which evidence is gathered in a civil lawsuit. It includes requests for documents, depositions, interrogatories (written questions that must be answered under oath) and requests to admit certain facts or the authenticity of documents. In a complex case discovery can go on for a long time. Berg is asking to have it expedited, which would typically involve tighter than normal deadlines.

He has asked for a court-appointed special master to oversee discovery in order to get prompt rulings on what will very likely be a barrage of objections from the other side.

Wikipedia or any other secondary source would not be admissible evidence unless it could be shown to be a "learned treatise" of some sort, generally relied upon by experts in the particular field. My experience with Wikipedia is that it is a long way from meeting that standard. My understanding is that most teachers will not even accept it as an authoritative citation on research papers.

Finally, with respect to Berg, I would not be too quick to call him experienced or highly credible. he was a former PA Assistant Attorney General (not Assistant DA), but they come in all flavors. As far as his experience and renown, I practiced law (civil litigation) in a major law firm's Philadelphia office for nearly 20 years, and I never heard of the guy. His Complaint, while it sounds very factual, is incredibly poorly drafted. Many of the evidentiary sources he cites (Wikipedia is a good example, as are newspaper articles) would never be admissible as evidence.

Actually, I expect we will not see Answers filed on these deadlines. I believe we will see Motions to Dismiss.

I too believe Obama may be hiding a great deal, but I would be very surprised if this particular lawsuit went anywhere. I suspect that is the reason you are not hearing much about it on any of the talk shows.
