Michigan has cast its votes for the Democratic presidential candidate in four straight elections, and Barack Obama is trying to extend that streak. He currently holds a five point advantage--51% to 46%--over John McCain in this important battleground state.

If it has been posted already and you have read the article then what are you doing on this thread? The search function is broken, besides a certain amount of reposting is good for those of us who may have missed this earlier. I have a word for all the posting police on FR, please let the admin do their job and keep your nose out of other people’s business, and, as I said, if you have already seen the post why are you on here reading it again except you want to try to interfere in someone else’s post. I would have missed this one had you not posted (again). No one can be on here 24/7 (although I’m getting 4-5 hours a day this last week or so...what an amazing time since the convention!)
Kwame Kilpatrick’s sentencing takes place Oct. 28th, hopefully it helps McCain.
A few well timed 527 ads in Michigan connecting Kwame, Granholm’s corrupt incompetence and Obama’s roots in daley’s Chicago politics and Gov Blagojevich’s corruption could swing the state.
