I want to see it as well.

I had to watch the "57 states" comment before I believed it.

It sounds like this was nothing.

It is sad what we cannot put past him though.

Let’s not get overblown here. Pick your battles, and don’t let ODS get you. Remember, the man bowls a 37. How well can he “place” a flower? We got 60 days or so til the election, so let’s use them wisely.

This is my first time and hopefully last time to ever defend Obama. Nothing here folks. Saw it. No overt disrespect here.

He was holding the flower in his right hand then switched it to his left hand, almost switched back to his right again before lightly tossing it with his left hand. Then he put his left hand in his pocket for a second, removed his hand and folded them by his lap and looked like he was praying.

That is the play by play and I really don’t see anything with this. The only obvious missing thing from the whole event was Michelle which I thought was odd. And I can’t understand the lapel thing.

“I cannot believe that Mr. Obama would deliberately go out of his way to dishonor the memorial at Ground O in front of the entire United States by “tossing” his flower”

He probably was “reaching out” to his base.

. BO-bomb throwing the flower wasn't so bad...

But his making his program in to a paper airplane and sailing it into the memorial was a bit much ;>

I saw him toss the rose, as soon as he got there it was tossed - kinda like he wanted to be rid of it. Then he had to stand there awkward and watch the others....

I think you are on to something, I had heard earlier about the 57 States; but was thinking he included Guam,PR, Virgin Islands as Democratic delegates and said States by mistake. But now I believe he had a “My Muslim Faith” moment, and said 57 States; thinking about or referring to the OIC,instead of the United States. Thank you brother.

I just saw that on FOX. John and Cindy reverently placing their flowers. Uhbama chucks his into the pile. To me it showed a lack of character. He is arrogant to the core.

I saw it. Cindy gently put her flower into the water as did Senator McCain.

Obama is suffering from PMS. McCain maneuvered him into going first. Put his hand behind O’s back as tho he was the host. Subtle but noticed by me. LOLOL

Obama looked bored and above it all.

Does anyone else think that it might have been a mistake for Michelle Obama not to be there with Barrack and John and Cindy on 9/11? I mean, here she is with this controversy surounding her comment “For the first time in my life I am proud to be an American...” and now she is conspicuously absent from the 9/11 memorial ceremony?

It makes you wonder what she was feeling on the morning of 9/12/01? Was she proud to be an American that day? And if so, where is she today?

I think people would have wanted to see her being proud to be an American at Ground Zero today. At best a lost opportunity in my opinion...at worst, something far darker.

Maybe Michelle took the day off because Mrs. Palin wasn’t there? Maybe she wasn’t supposed to be there? Did you see Cindy and Laura Bush? We’ll probably never know for sure. They can always make up some reasonable-sounding excuse and figure we’ll swallow it.
