ToE doesn’t submit valid “empirical evidence” that makes sense to me when it comes to origins. Not even close. That life just sprang up out of dirt with no purpose or intelligent thought behind it, totally random and all the perfect conditions just happened to come together by...chance? accident? The sheer astronomical odds are staggering.

ToE does not address origins.

Oh?

According to evolution.berkeley.edu:

From soup to cells — the origin of life

Evolution encompasses a wide range of phenomena: from the emergence of major lineages, to mass extinctions, to the evolution of antibiotic resistant bacteria in hospitals today. However, within the field of evolutionary biology, the origin of life is of special interest because it addresses the fundamental question of where we (and all living things) came from.

Many lines of evidence help illuminate the origin of life: ancient fossils, radiometric dating, the phylogenetics and chemistry of modern organisms, and even experiments. However, since new evidence is constantly being discovered, hypotheses about how life originated may change or be modified. It's important to keep in mind that changes to these hypotheses are a normal part of the process of science and that they do not represent a change in the basis of evolutionary theory.

Here, you can learn about important hypotheses regarding when, where and how life originated and find out how scientists study an event that occurred so long ago.

According to evolution.berkeley.edu:

What that site says is that the origin of life is an interesting topic within the field of evolutionary biology. It doesn't say that the ToE itself addresses origins. In fact, if you start from that site's front page, it's very difficult to find your way to the page you posted--the only route I've found is through a "Take a Sidetrip" footnote to another page. In other words, the "soup to cells" page isn't part of Evolution 101--it's a tangent. Of course where life came from is going to be of interest to people studying how life changes--it doesn't mean they're the same thing.

According to evolution.berkeley.edu:.....

Hmmmm, interesting situation here.

Here we have a university which has PhD’s and scientists on staff, which states that origins ARE part of the ToE.

And here we have an internet forum which has a bunch of evo hobbyists who on the whole tend to not even have a science degree when they even admit to it, who say it’s not.

Now if there’s supposed to be consensus on the ToE amongst scientists, and the scientists are at the university and not on the internet forum, guess who I’m going to believe concerning whether origins are a part of the ToE or not.

From your link. Their is not “mechansim” for the beginning of life stated.

Mechanisms: the processes of evolution

Evolution is the process by which modern organisms have descended from ancient ancestors. Evolution is responsible for both the remarkable similarities we see across all life and the amazing diversity of that life — but exactly how does it work?

Fundamental to the process is genetic variation upon which selective forces can act in order for evolution to occur. This section examines the mechanisms of evolution focusing on:
