My nickname in law school was "Little Scalia" *L* - But that experience in class is typical when it comes to abortion. When the bad law is challenged on it's face, the defenders of Roe rush back with ad hominem attacks that do nothing to address the underlying issues. I don't htink they realize that this tactic will not work forever.
