I hope Obama's family does not have a history of heart attacks.

I am glad to hear this. Hope her words get to their heads. Her fiscal conservatism combined with smaller government and solid Judeo Christian values is a beacon of great light going forward in this country.

Perhaps Sarah, Todd, Bryan Clay (the decathlon athlete who won gold in both Athens and Beijing and spoke at the RNC), Angie Hammond and her husband, and some other people can campaign in areas with many students...

The can also make an ad highlighting the fact that 0bama is not an extraordinary politician who would transcend racial, political, and ideological barriers. The only extraordinary thing about 0bama is that he changes position fast and often.

My favorite quote on this subject is from Dick Morris: “We have a name for politicians who try to rely on the youth vote... Losers.”

I recall being in college in the late ‘70s. I was a conservative Republican, supported Reagan in 1980. Most of my friends supported Carter and were libs. They all believed that if Reagan were elected, they’d be drafted immediately and off to war in a year.

Only one of them wound up serving in the armed forces. All of them launched very successful and financially rewarding careers...during the Reagan revolution. Many of them voted for Reagan in 1984, once they’d gotten out of college and away from the kegs and bongs long enough to realize what the world was really all about.

Most college students live in this nice touchy-feely cocoon where life is a harmless little game of whiffle ball. Idiots.
