berg makes some persuasive arguments. i don’t think the “sept. 31” mistake will be a problem.
Slightly OT:
For those who have difficulty knowing how many days are in each month, there’s a simple method that doesn’t involve memorizing.
Make a fist, knuckles up. Start counting from either side, counting each knuckle and each ‘valley between each knuckle’ as you recite the months in order. When you get to the other end of your hand, reverse direction starting with the knuckle you just counted, counting it again. (or move to the other hand, counting the same way.)
Each month you count ON a knuckle has 31 days. Each month you count on a valley has 30 days, except February, of course.
Well, I said you didn’t have to memorize anything, but you’ve already memorized the order of the months, right?
This method is much easier to demonstrate than to explain in writing. Phew!
Yeah it will. A judge cannot issue a order to comply by a fictitious date. It'll get thrown out and they'll have to refile. It may push things back a bit. Obama may have to be deposed no later than October 32nd.
