My problem is with the religion itself which I think is a misguided and dangerously aggressive false teaching of from a false prophet--and is a major contributer for much of the blood shed and tyranny in the world. But not with individuals just because they happen to believe in that false religion.
I have met many friendly decent muslims, and see no problem trying to be accommodating to such folks at work in regard to things like fasting during daylight and taking prayer breaks...provided it won't prevent them from doing good work.
They are a funny lot. They all drink as best I can tell but only the good stuff. Mostly wine. They abstain from liquor and beer. I have only met a few bad ones and they were fresh off the boat.
When these Somalis got these jobs, they laughed at how much the “naive Americans” were willing to pay them. They probably believe the Americans will beg them to come back. When they see the “udocumented workers” lining up to take their jobs, they will riot.

As long as the Muslim population remains around 1% of any given country they will be regarded as a peace-loving minority and not as a threat to anyone. In fact, they may be featured in articles and films, stereotyped for their colorful uniqueness:
