As much as it pains me to admit it McCain’s position is the correct conservative position. If Idaho wants to allow RU-486 or third trimester abortions then it is up to the good people of Idaho to make that decision thru their legislative body. It should not be up to a lifetime appointed out of touch judge in Washington DC to make that choice for them. Truely the overturn Roe VS Wade crew is the pro states rights choice. Those of you that seek to ban any and all abortions may then do so at a state level like our state amendment process here in Florida or through the legislature and those that are in the market for an abortion can vote with their feet to a state that allows it.
