You know, I set up an intrade account when I saw McCain down at around 30, but it wouldn’t take a credit card to power up my account, so at that point I just gave up— too much hassle.

For the next 3 weeks the key is to cut off Obama’s fund raising. He is falling way behind in money and that money will come off of the GOTV effort in the final weekend.
