I have yet to hear Palin’s opinion of global warming and our borders...It is certain she takes McLettuce’s position but I wanna know what is Sarah’s position
.as to comparing her to Reagan or Thatcher, if she is,she is.
Laura Ingraham says that Palin is against comprehensive immigration reform, but who knows. Under her administration, the Alaskan DMV tightened restrictions on obtaining driver’s licenses and that of course led to a lawsuit. Other than that, there is very very little regarding immigration and her position.
With respect to global warming - She has made the statement that she does not believe it is man-made; however, she does believe in global warming’s existance. As governor, she created a new sub-cabinet agency last September, to advise her office on the preparation and implementation of an Alaska climate change strategy. (per ABC News)
I see similarities between her and Reagan, and her and Thatcher, but I still am hesitant to say that she is the female Reagan, she is the American Thatcher. I guess part of it is, for me, I’d like to see her be celebrated for being Sarah Palin and not someone’s clone or the “new” someone.
I know she sued the Federal gov. over the listing of polar bears as “threatened”. That was one of the first things that brought her to my attention.
