As someone said, it’s not Chelsea’s fault who her parents are. Let her go to college and fade away for a while. If she decides to go into politics, you can discuss her more then. You at least have to give her a chance to make her own way before you consign her to the trash pile.
M.P.H. is the world’s easiest Master’s Degree. A year of course work. Period. Most MD’s do this degree part-time while they work full time.

My thought was that the Hedge Fund Business isn’t what you want on your “running for political office” resume, but for someone like her the Health Policy field sounds tailor made.
I just smelled politics.
Even her critique could’ve been political...oh, woe is me, I bravely spoke out against my company’s health plan and it cost me my job, and NOW I’m going to become an expert (by going to a liberal school to study), and THEN I’m going to get elected and fix health care for all of you poor victims out there in America.

This could be the reason that Hillary isn’t planning on attacking Palin on any issues, etc. She doesn’t want to give them any reason to start asking that question.
The only six-figure jobs going to new grads that *I* know of are for graduates of top biz and law schools.
