Just a possibility — it could be that after Hannity pointed it out on air that they “re-published” it. Depending on the CMS they are using it could’ve just been an easy tick and click in their admin screen to put it back up.
I would agree, since the link in google cache does NOT work. They must have put it back on but on a different page.
