Looks like a good shooting. When the attacker has a gun, you can never know if they are retreating or simply trying to get to a better tactical position.

Funny stuff, but not a good idea. The truth will out and a justified shooting becomes an ugly thing in the hands of a prosecuter.

The best recipe for crime reduction... FEAR of the VICTIM by the CRIMINAL.
A “happy ending” just like those ice cream Sundaes one gets at Friendly’s

Lessee, could the “man who was inside the home” and the “occupant” possibly be the HOMEOWNER??? Man, reporting these days is about on the 3rd grade level if that.

Funny stuff, but not a good ideaAbsolutely right. One of the worst mistakes you can make after a justified shooting incident is trying to rig the scene to make it appear to be something it wasn't. Modern forensic science makes it virtually impossible to alter evidence in a way to make it falsely appear more favorable to one party or the other.
Once you're caught in a lie or rigging a scene, the investigating authorities will assume that you're trying to hide something that doesn't match your account of the incident, and from that point on you are a crime suspect no matter how innocent you may actually be.
I'm not a cop and I don't play one on TV, but several people in my family are or were LEOs of one variety or another and they tell me the same things that I'm saying here.
