This sounds like a very inventive program. We can have the inner-city kiddies form their own Komsomol Kouncils and Central Kommittees. I assume they will be outfitted with their own red scarves and little red handbooks containing copies of Hussein Obama’s biography. He could call them the Obama Youth or Barack’s Proletarian Guards. Sounds enchanting and it will get the kiddies off the street.
