Obama Says A Baby Is A Punishment

"The Democratic Party strongly and unequivocally supports Roe v. Wade and a woman’s right to choose a safe and legal abortion, regardless of ability to pay, and we oppose any and all efforts to weaken or undermine that right."
The platform used to be "safe, legal, and rare".
Now they expect taxpayers to foot the bill and the phrase "oppose all efforts to weaken or undermine that right" might be interpreted to mean partial-birth abortions and infanticide are protected forms of abortion.
It’s obvious to even the most casual observer that Sen. Obama’s views are pro-abortion.
But that also begs the question. So what has the GOP done to end the practice? Other than mouthing the words that we all want to hear? Years of GOP control produced little if any forward movement in ending the killing of unborn babies. So why should I or any of those who are pro-creation spend our time and treasure to support them?
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
Don’t get me wrong. I won’t vote for and won’t support a pro-abortion politician. There are some things that simply aren’t going to happen. But just because one of the major parties is generally pro-abortion does not necessarily mean that the other party is going to actually do anything to end the practice.
When abortion ends in this country, it won’t be because of the actions of judges or politicians. It will be because American women will refuse to be a party to the death of their unborn children.
I guess preaching to the choir has some benefit. But there’s no one at this site, and likely the rest of the universe, who doesn’t know that Obama supports abortion.
