pa·le·on·tol·o·gy (pl-n-tl-j)
n.
“The study of the forms of life existing in prehistoric or geologic times, as represented by the fossils of plants, animals, and other organisms.”
Ya think Newsweek may be trying to send a subliminal message about what they think of real conservatives, like us...and The Barracuda?

Newsweek and everyone connected with it should be indicted under the RICO statutes.

The paleolithic media continues to be a parody of itself.

I wasn't enthusiastic about anyone in the GOP presidential field a year ago, either.
I wouldn't be enthusiastic about McCain right now if he had chosen Joe Lieberman or someone equally electrifying.
The Palin pick is a game changer. It redefines Mac as a reformer and Maverick.
Similarly, the Biden pick by Obama was a game changer. It redefined Obama as another machine politician of the status quo.

Speaking of magazines, I was in Walgreens this morning on a mission to turn around magazines with O’s pics on them and someone had already beat me to it. Oh, and be sure to hide Michael Moore’s Guide to the Election.

Trying to damn the lady by faint praise, with a mocking undertone.
It won’t work. Wilma Flintstone is made of better stuff than that.

Funny, but after Duncan Hunter dropped out, and until Governor Palin was selected, I was not for any of the candidates either.
If the McCain/Palin ticket wins, I hope the American people will keep our vice president out of a small, locked room, and in the midst of the judgement calls made INSIDE the oval office. If not, may the pit bull take off it’s lipstick!

Hey, TexasCajun,
All I get from the link for the gazebo story is
“The requested document does not exist on this server. “
Maybe something is dodgy with my computer/internet link.
I’d love to read it out, so could you double-check the link?
Thanks in advance!
And apologies if “the short is between my ears”!

Palin is not regarded as an introspective or intellectual typenot the sort who likes to mull the deepest nuances of every issue. In that sense, she's the anti-Obama. Translation: Obama can never make up his mind on any subject, and always responds to questions with all possible sides of an issue. On the other hand, Sara Palin knows what she believes and says what she means. While Barack Obama of Hawaii, Indonesia, Hawaii, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Cambridge, Mass., Chicago and now Washington has been on a well-chronicled lifelong search for his identity, Sarah Heath Palin seems just fine being a woman of Wasilla.
For some unfathomable reason, Barak Obama doesn't even know who the heck he is. What does that say about a man???
And he can't understand why the country doens't know what he believes or stands for. Even after being the most-discussed person on the news for well over the year, the only thing the nation knows about the man is he wants to change something. According to the Fox News biograqphy on Obama, his classmates had no clue who he was. Apparently he attended class about as much as he attnded the US Senate.
On the other hand, the nation felt they knew Sarah Palin after one short speech.

Bump for later because I am too feed up with the MSM to tolerate another Palin hit piece right now.
To: Keith in Iowa
Funny thing is they did a piece on Women in Power, and Sarah was featured in a very positive light.
Doesn’t that KOS fruit work for Newsweek?
We know these hit pieces are going to continue until the election.
